HIP is moving its initial steps of what we hope will mark the trail of a meaningful path with researchers, communities, and decision makers in countries to stimulate needs-driven innovation and by so doing pursue the right to health.

Bridging and facilitating capacity utilization to this end has a close link in our view with the current endeavour to advocate for health as a public good that demands collective and public responsibility. That is why HIP is actively following the process of reform of the World Health Organization (WHO), the directing and coordinating authority for the realization of the right to health in today’s globalised world.
